1974 Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. water
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour
Preparation
-
Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Heat remaining ingredients in a saucepan at low heat until warm, not hot.
Pour warm liquid over flour and yeast mixture.
Blend for 1 minute at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir by hand the additional whole wheat and white flour.
