Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice, more if desired
Preparation

Blend flour, margarine, and powdered sugar thoroughly.\tPress evenly into an 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients together.
Pour over crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
Do not overbake.
Filling puffs during baking, but flattens when cooled.
