Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. diced onions
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    2 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Serves 12 to 15.
