German Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes
    4 cans mushroom soup
    3 lb. hamburger
    2 lb. carrots
    8 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 to 2 large onions
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and
    carrots;
    parboil 20 minutes.
    Brown hamburger with onions and
    drain.
    In a greased dish alternate the layers
    of
    potatoes
    and\tcarrots with the hamburger and onions. Before second layer mix 2 tablespoons of ketchup with each
    can of\tmushroom
    soup.
    Pour
    over hamburger and onion layer, then repeat again until completed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
