Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 carrots, diced
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 chicken bouillon cube
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Melt butter in large kettle; add carrots and onion.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Remove from heat; add flour.
    Stir in milk.
    Add 1/2 of the potatoes.
    Mash the rest of the potatoes and add with rest of ingredients.
    Heat until steaming, but not boiling.
