Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. beef broth
    1 small onion, chopped
    14 oz. ketchup
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3 to 5 lb. beef roast
Preparation
    Cook roast until tender; pull apart.
    Mix meat with rest of ingredients in heavy pan.
    Stir and cook over low heat about 45 minutes.
    Serve on kaiser or sourdough buns.
    Venison works very well instead of beef.
