Taco Soup(Sante Fe Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
medium onion, chopped
2 cans light red kidney beans
3 cans white shoepeg corn
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 pkg. dry ranch dressing
1 can mild rotel tomatoes
3 cans water
Preparation

Chop up tomatoes in blender. Cook on medium for approximately 45 minutes. Brown and drain ground chuck and add to tomatoes. Add all other ingredients,
using all juices. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese. Serve with taco chips.
