Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. small mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    dash of salt
    dash of freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. minced fresh or dried tarragon
    fresh endive leaves, washed
Preparation
    If mushrooms are not clean, gently rinse and dry on paper towels.
    Slice in half.
    In a bowl, combine other ingredients, except endive, and toss well with mushrooms.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
