Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut in pieces and rinsed
2 (1 lb.) cans sauerkraut
6 slices baby Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Line an oblong baking dish or pan with aluminum foil.
Lay the chicken on the foil.
Squeeze the juice from the sauerkraut and spread over the chicken.
Lay cheese slices over the sauerkraut. Spread Thousand Island dressing over the cheese.
Seal with aluminum foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
