Bombay Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. turkey or chicken breast meat
salt and pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Major Grey's chutney
2 Tbsp. chopped scallions (white part)
1 Tbsp. toasted almonds
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cut meat in 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
Blend all other ingredients into the mayonnaise.
Toss meat with mayonnaise and chill for at least 1 hour in refrigerator. Serves 4.
