Crab And Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. king crab meat
    6 1/2 oz. can shrimp
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. water
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 c. crumbs (for topping)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 whole pimento, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and mix well.
    Stir in water and evaporated milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Drain crab meat well; remove bones and flake.
    Add celery, green pepper, pimento and salt to sauce.
    Pour into casserole. Top with crumbs and cheese.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes. Garnish with eggs.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
