Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
2 c. milk
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower and broccoli (chopped)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 Tbsp. margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender, drain.
Add milk and vegetables. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat.
Add cheese, margarine, salt and pepper.
Heat over low heat until cheese is melted and vegetables are tender.
Ingredients can be doubled.
