Broiled Red Fish Lafitte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    4 to 6 (8 oz.) red fish fillets
    1 c. flour
    3 lb. crawfish meat
    1/2 c. green onions
    1 tsp. lobster base (found in spice department)
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    3 bay leaves
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    dash of granulated onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic, chopped
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Season red fish on both sides and lightly flour.
    Broil in butter and pour lemon juice on fish when done; keep warm.
    Place butter in saucepan.
    Add flour and stir until light brown.
    Add crawfish, lobster base and water.
    Bring to a boil, then add all other ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Serve seafood mixture over fish.
