Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sweet milk
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. white cornmeal
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and meal.
    Add butter, lemon juice, sweet milk and grated rind of lemon.
    Add the eggs and beat really well with mixer.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until done.
