Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 or 10-inch) skillet of cooked corn bread
2 stalks celery, diced up
1 medium onion, grated
black pepper
2 Tbsp. sage (more or less to suit your taste)
chicken broth or turkey broth
Preparation

Crumble up bread in bowl.
Add diced celery and onion to bread.
Add pepper and sage.
Mix all together, then add broth to mixture until bread is very moist.
Pour in baking dish or add to your chicken or turkey and bake.
