Hawaiian Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork ribs
    1/2 c. shoyu
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    2-inches ginger root
    2 oz. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Cover ribs with water and cook until tender. Drain. Put ribs in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour over ribs. Marinate for 1 hour. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until sauce thickens or brown over charcoal.
