Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 oz. light cream
1 tsp. sugar
8 slices bread
confectioners sugar
Preparation

First get the first 3 ingredients and beat together with fork. Meanwhile, you have your griddle or large frying pan on the stove with a tiny bit of butter heating up.
Dip your bread in batter on both sides; continue to do the same until the bread and batter is used up.
