Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. parsley
    4 c. potatoes, sliced thin and seasoned
    5 pork chops
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. Alternate potatoes and sauce in a 2-quart dish.
    Place chops on top.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
