Tuna Zucchini Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add other ingredients and combine well.
    Shape into six 1/2-inch thick patties.
    Coat patties with bread crumbs.
    Heat oil in skillet and cook patties on each side until golden (approximately 3 minutes).
