Cinnamon Poached Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small peaches or apples, peeled, halved and pitted or cored
    3/4 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. honey
    3 inches stick cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 2-quart nonmetal casserole combine the peach or apple halves, apple juice, honey, stick cinnamon and vanilla.
    In the microwave oven cook, covered on High for 1 to 4 minutes, or until fruit is tender, giving dish a half turn once during cooking and spooning juice over fruit.
    Transfer fruit to dessert dishes. Makes 4 servings.
