Poppy Seed Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 1/2 oz. can mandarin oranges
8 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 1/2 c. strawberries or grapes
1 medium apple
1/2 c. nonfat sugar-free pineapple yogurt
1/2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Drain fruit.
Reserve 1 tablespoon pineapple juice.
Cut strawberries and apple,
Combine fruit in a bowl.
Mix yogurt, poppy seed and reserved pineapple juice.
Arrange fruit in 6 serving bowls.
Drizzle dressing over fruit.
