Pascha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 c. bread flour
    1 qt. milk (powdered milk, mix with water and heat until lukewarm)
    4 eggs
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 large cake yeast
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Make a well in pan of flour; add eggs, butter, milk and yeast. Knead until dough is mixed. Remove dough from pan; clean pan with shortening. Put dough back into pan and knead a few times. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 2 hours.
