Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    less than 1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare lemon jello in glass dish using 1 cup of hot water and less than 1/2 cup of cold water. Stir until dissolved.
    Add carrots, nuts, pineapple with juice and raisins. Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate until congealed.
