Cheese Fruit Whip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope low calorie strawberry flavored gelatin
3/4 c. low-fat cottage cheese
4 1/2 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 c. honeydew melon balls
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice), drained
3 Tbsp. snipped mint leaves
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin on cottage cheese to soften.
Stir in and let stand a few minutes. Stir again to dissolve gelatin.
Fold in whipped topping and fruits.
Cover and refrigerate until time to serve. Divide into 6 dessert dishes. Serves 6. Contains 125 calories.
