Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; dissolve soda in buttermilk.
    Mix dry ingredients, shortening and yeast mixture together; knead on floured board for few minutes.
    Cover in a bowl and let rise; pinch off as wanted for biscuits.
    This will keep in icebox for several days.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
