Orange Roughy Almandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. orange roughy or other fish fillets
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut fillets in serving pieces; arrange in a 10 x 6-inch microwave baking dish.
    Sprinkle parsley, lime juice, salt and pepper.
    Cover with plastic wrap; microwave at High for 5 to 6 minutes, rotating dish once.
    Set aside, covered.
    Combine almonds and margarine in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    Transfer fish to platter; pour almonds over fish.
    Serves 6 and has only 140 calories per serving.
