Cocoa Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) carton frozen egg product, thawed
    2 to 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
    fresh fruit such as strawberries (optional)
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir in evaporated milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
    Remove from heat.
