Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. crackers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Add crackers, butter and 1 cup cheese; beat eggs lightly and add milk.
    Mix with squash; sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
