Spinach Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 egg
    1 box frozen spinach or 2 c. canned chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese.
