Easy Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham hock
    2 to 3 bunches greens (2 collards, 1 mustard)
    1/2 onion, chopped
    seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    baking soda (small amount)
    1 medium jar salsa
Preparation
    Separate and wash greens.
    Put all ingredients in a big pot. Half fill pot with water.
    Cover pot with lid.
    Cook on medium.
