Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 large onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 eggs, beaten lightly
little garlic salt
1 large can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 large carton cottage cheese
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
little grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Chop onion fine; add raw hamburger meat and in large skillet cook slowly until done.
Add Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic salt, tomatoes, tomato paste and Parmesan cheese.
Cook slowly until thick, stirring frequently.
When thick, remove from heat; let set about 10 minutes, then skim off grease.
Cook noodles according to package. Pour off water, then add cold water to cover.
(This keeps noodles loose.)
In a large 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan, put in a layer of noodles, a layer of meat, layer of cottage cheese to which eggs have been added, a layer of Mozzarella and a layer of sauce.
Repeat with meat mixture being top layer.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
