Pecan Crumb Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. coconut flakes
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend together graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Divide mixture in 8 paper cups.
Set in muffin tins.
Press crumb mixture firmly against bottom and sides of cups with a small custard cup or glass.
Refrigerate while preparing filling.
When filling has cooled, put into tart shells and sprinkle with mixture of coconut and pecans.
Refrigerate overnight.
