Finger Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Bake chicken wings at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook until thickens.
Brush over chicken wings. Continue baking, turning and brushing until all the mixture is used.
Cook about 40 minutes more.
Serve hot.
