Crispy Baked Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    freshly ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces.
    Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs.
    Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 500\u00b0 for 10 minutes without turning or basting.
    This method produces a crisp coating.
    Looks almost like deep-fried fish.
