Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 small bell pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    2 large cans cream-style corn
    1 c. Minute rice
    2 slightly heated eggs
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute in butter until tender the onion, pimento and bell pepper.
    Mix corn, rice, eggs and Cheddar cheese.
    Top with 1/2 to 3/4 cup of Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
