Spice Rub - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup dark brown sugar
6 Tbsp. paprika
6 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 cup + 1 tsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. cayenne (red) pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and store in sealed shaker jar. Apply liberally and rub into meat at least 1 hour before grilling.
