Mexican Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. link sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can red kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans
1 can pitted black olives
1 can green chilies
1 large can tomatoes
Monterey Jack cheese cubes
Preparation

Slice sausage into bite-sized pieces.
Combine with next 8 ingredients in saucepan.
Cook until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Place cheese cubes in serving bowls.
Ladle stew into bowls.
