Rice Green Chilies Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    7 oz. can chilies
    1 large tomato
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. green onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    3 medium zucchini
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Thinly slice zucchini and tomato.
    Chop chilies, pepper and onion.
    Grate cheese.
    Cook rice.
    Cook zucchini in small amount of water until crisp-tender.
