Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk or water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Make a well in center and pour all wet ingredients into it.
    Stir only until moistened.
    Stir in cheese.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 12.
