Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. red food coloring
    3 Tbsp. Nestle instant cocoa
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 rounded tsp. soda
Preparation
    Blend food coloring and cocoa together.
    Set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in cocoa mixture. Add flour, salt and buttermilk.
    Beat well.
    Fold in vanilla.
    At the same time, add vinegar and soda.
    Fold in.
    Will tend to foam. Pour into two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans. Be sure to line pans with waxed paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
