Tourtiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust 9 inch pie
    1 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. soft bread crumbs or cooked, mashed potatoes
Preparation
    In a saucepan combine pork, water, onions and garlic.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Drain fat.
