Stromboli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. dough
1/4 lb. ham (thin)
1/4 lb. hard salami
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 oz. sliced Provolone cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cornmeal
Preparation

Place dough on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Dough should be oblong.
Arrange ham and salami down the center of dough. Sprinkle half of basil and oregano over meat.
Arrange Provolone over herbs.
Top with Mozzarella, then remainder of herbs.
Fold sides to center; pinch together.
Brush top with butter; sprinkle with cornmeal.
Invert and brush with butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 22 minutes.
