Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
50 blanched whole almonds
1 1/2 lb. dipping chocolate or confectioners coating
Preparation

Butter a 12 x 9-inch piece of foil; set aside.
In a small bowl combine powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and vanilla. Stir in coconut.
Turn onto buttered foil.
Pat into a 10 x 5-inch rectangle.
Cut mixture into 2 x 1-inch rectangles.
Press 2 whole almonds into the top of each rectangle.
