Tortilla Chips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1/2 c. lime juice
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Using a cookie cutter or kitchen shears, cut 3 (2-inch) rounds from each tortilla.
Combine lime juice and water in a small bowl; set aside.
Combine salt and remaining ingredients.
Dip tortillas in lime juice mixture; drain on paper towels.
Arrange tortillas in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle evenly with salt mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until chips are crisp.
Cool; store in airtight containers.
Yield:
3 dozen.
