One Day Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium size cucumbers
    vinegar
    fine salt
    pulverized table mustard
Preparation
    Prepare a pickling mixture by adding to each cup of vinegar you desire to use, 1 tablespoon each of fine salt and pulverized table mustard.
    Put this mixture into a glass fruit jar or jars, or a stone crock.
    Select medium size cucumbers; wash and dry them thoroughly, as the secret of this process lies in their being absolutely dry when dropped into the mixture.
    Put in a sufficient quantity to be well covered; cover jar tightly.
    They are ready for use the following day.
    By replenishing cucumbers as pickles are used, a progressive supply is assured at any time during the summer.
