Cookie Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and egg yolk; add flour.
Work with hands until blended.
Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges brown; cool thoroughly.
Fill with your favorite Jell-O pie mix.
