Linda'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced and boiled
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts (optional)
3 eggs, beaten
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Save liquid from potatoes.
Mix 1 stick butter, eggs and sugar.
Mash potatoes; add mixture and 1/2 cup of liquid from potatoes.
Mix brown sugar and stick of butter with corn flakes. Place potato mixture in Corning Ware and sprinkle with corn flake mixture.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
