Lowcountry Or Low Country Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. water

Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add the oil, eggs (one at a time) and cake mix alternately with sour cream and water (last), mixing well after each addition.
Bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
Turn out on plate. Drizzle glaze over hot cake.
