Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and flavoring, water and vinegar.
    Add coconut.
    Bake in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a golden brown.
    Makes 1 pie.
