Italian Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, diced, or 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz cheese spread
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, divided
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut up and skinned
    2/3 c. (1 1/2 oz.) Kraft grated 100% Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, cheese spread, onions and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top with chicken.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender.
    Let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Preparation time:
    15 minutes.
